Will the st8te bracelet fit my wrist size?

Our bracelets are made for both men and women and fit some children’s sizes. The bracelets are adjustable between 5” – 10’ in circumference. Check our graphic below on how the bracelet adjusts or click here to view a short demonstration.

How do I wash my st8te Bracelet?

We advise using a polishing cloth or microfiber cloth when cleaning our st8te sliders. For rope bracelet cleaning, wash using a cloth and soapy water and air dry for best results.

What Type of Payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Cards, American Express, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. We also have BrandBoom available for wholesale accounts. Email us at wholesale@st8te.com for all wholesale inquiries

Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Unfortunately, once you have submitted an order, we cannot add or remove items on our end. If you have any concerns please email at info@st8te.com for more info.

Ordering Information 
For orders, it will take 2-3 business days to process orders after they have been received. After you successfully place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email contains your order number and a brief description of what you ordered. 

Shipping and Returns Faqs

Shipping cost

All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail Service unless otherwise noted and is free for domestic customers however, doesn’t require the ability to track the package. We have this option to provide the lowest cost to our customers while giving an option for those who want to track their package. For expedited shipments and to get tracking updates on your purchase, we offer a $2.99 option. After using this option, upon completing your purchase you will get tracking information via email as soon as the order is processed. International shipping is $12.99 and reflects the cost of shipping and handling for st8te.

Shipping method 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted for holidays. After purchases are processed in the order they are received.  All of our orders are shipped through USPS. st8te currently ships worldwide and uses the most affordable shipping rates through USPS First Class mail. The shipping time can range from 7-21 days depending on your location. We are based on the East Coast, in North Carolina.

How do I return something?
All purchases through st8te.com are final. We currently do not accept returns unless a product has a manufactured flaw. Please email us at info@st8te.com with a photo of the defect so we can send a replacement. All claims of a damaged or defective item must be made within 30 days from purchase. This covers the rope of the bracelet becoming disconnected to the st8te slider, if the rope fabric is torn or damaged or if the st8te slider was shipped with a defective design.

My Order was incorrect, what do I do?
We push for a positive shopping experience but understand that though rare, fulfillment errors can happen. If you have received the wrong item, please email us at info@st8te.com so we can address the situation immediately and get the correct items to you. Please include your order number as a reference to process more quickly.
